Movies where there's a group gathered (or could be an individual) for some reason and they have have to figure something out or whatever. Other criteria: Has to be something I want to be on the list. Love recommendations if you have a sec!

  • Identity, 2003 (not seen yet)

  • Coherence, 2013 (7/10)

  • Pressure, 2015 (not seen yet)

  • 127 Hours, 2010 (watched a long time ago, but I'd guess 8/10)

  • Cube, 1997 (7/10)

  • Frozen, 2010 (not seen yet)

  • Rescue Dawn, 2006 (10/10)

  • The Ninth Guest, 1934 (8/10)

  • Vivarium, 2019 (8/10)--Could be called social commentary, but in provocative ways

  • Otherlife, 2017 (9/10)--It's a good ways into the movie before it becomes apparent why it's on this list. As well, the movie keeps on exceeding expectations as it goes. It does not start something cool and then not finish it . . . rather it keeps taking it higher and higher. Really impressive film.
